Set

Ok so my cousin didn't come over today, he said that things got in the way so he didn't have the time, maybe he's coming on saturday instead. I completed a mission on GTA IV today, I don't know if I hated it or loved it.. I got to choose between killing one guy or the other, I had met both of them alot before in the game and now they were out to get each other. I got to tell you, choices in games like that is hard to make sometimes XD.. I don't mind fighting a boss for months without winning or going on a killing-spree, killing thousands of inocent victims in a game, it's just that this type of mission is hard.

My dad called and said that he traded the days he would work so that we can go to Gothenburg next weekend, we don't have tickets but Bruce Springsteen is having a concert, dad'll try to get tickets, I think he said we will go anyways if we don't. Dad have told me several times about when he and his cousin decided to go to Gothenburg one weekend when Bruce was having a concert, they bought tickets from others and got too many so they sold some, bought better tickets and so on, I think they ended up with more money than they started out with and they got to see the concert. So I think dad'll try to buy tickets down there if he doesn't get any before that, he said that if we don't get tickets we can always be outside listening, that would be an adventure too.

The song of today:
Paradise by Bruce Springsteen

Yeah, I'm a little worked up about this, I've seen him perform once and it was magic, truely.. Well, my favourite song from that concert is Empty Sky.. It was just so right. Well this song on the other hand isn't one of his most famous ones but it is great, you just float away in the song, it's great, great, great. Haven't seen him perform this song though.

Memories

Didn't do much today, but that can be great sometimes too, you know.
Oh, I was too tired to tell you that I saw 10.000 BC yesterday, a good movie.

The song of today:
Everywhere by Yellowcard

A great song, reminds me of a girl I liked.. or still like, too bad she didn't like me that way back. I told her that I liked her more than a year ago, I don't have to tell you it didn't go well.. Oh, well.. too bad I still think about her quite sometimes.

Great song, listen to it, lyrics and music is great.

GTA IV

Well, I got home from Kenny's place today, we had a great time.
I've played GTA IV non stop for quite a while, it really is great, MGS4 and GTA4 really makes me appreciate my Ps3 to the fullest.
I'm quite tired, cyas.

As much as I want to make all these wonderful Disney songs I've been listening to today to "The song of today"; I'm not going to, just so you know.. it would get pointless.. though; I'm not saying "I'm on my way" was the last disney song.

The song of today:
Beautiful Day by U2

This is only one of U2's fantastic songs, everything's great about it, I'm too tired to explain anything deeper than that.

I'm back

Didn't run today, got home pretty late, I've played wii all weekend and I'll go to Kenny(a friend)'s place tomorrow.. I bought GTA IV today.

The song of today:

Aicha by Outlandish

I heard it on some old CD my cousin had and I remembered that I liked this song when it was new, and I like it still, just a sweet tune.

I'll keep it short

I completed Metal Gear Solid today, a really great game.. maybe a little too much cinematic scenes in it compared to the time to play but otherwise a really nice and variated game with a great amount of elements in it. Then I tried out the Metal Gear Online feature, it's really nice.
Other than that I ran and watched the fotball game between Italy and France.

The song of today:
On My Way by Phil Collins & Mark Mancina

Well yeah it's a disney song, but it's really great, both lyrics and music are great, creating a good feeling.

Bosses and mouses

Today (you get the deal, even though it's past midnight when I write this) my mouse for the computer broke so dad and I just bought a new keyboard and a new mouse just like that, I've had the mouse and keyboard from one of our older computers up until now.
And I've played Metal Gear Solid 4 most of the day, funny how consumed you can get, it's really fun to play and it's got a lot of variated gameplay.

Didn't feel like writing any today so I didn't, even though I've formed some plans in my head about it, I did run though.. maybe I'll run two laps one of these days.
And my cousin called, funny how we think alike; I've been thinking of asking to come over to his place (he live in Eskilstuna, which is an hour by train from here) but he called me first, I'm going this wednesday after I've been to the dentist, don't expect me to write anything here while I'm there.

The song of today:
More Than Words by Extreme

The song explains itself, lol. Well; great lyrics simply. Give it a listen, will you?
"Hold me close don't ever let me go"

Less me more music

I ran but didn't write a page today, I didn't find the time, and I didn't get to the sprite-work either. Mostly I played Metal Gear Solid 4 and other stuff. I havn't got much else to say, I've listened a lot to Disney music today too.

The song of today:
Magnus Uggla - Dumma flickor

Yeah here we go again with the Swedish songs, and I'm not going to comment it anymore after this either, I don't have.. or at least I think I don't have any non-swedish readers, hey I barely have any readers at all.. well, doesn't matter, so; back to the song.

I really like the lyrics of this song, that's the greatest asset of the song, and sometimes I just feel exactly like the song's lyrics, and I hate myself for thinking that too, basicly it describes two true things; how beeing "like you are suposed to be" can be "negative", that you can be "too good" and it also describes the desires of the human nature a little, don't know if you fully understood that, I'm a little tired when writing this.. great song to me anyways, although I've practicly been "taught" to like Uggla.. not really but dad said that he liked his music when I was younger and I've liked it too since I was little, don't know if that's a good or bad thing and how much he liking it influenced me.

This song isn't that easy to find on the net and such, like youtube, if you want to have at least a little clue what the song's about (without searching like a maniac the lyrics is easy to find at least.
