...was a good day.
I celebrated Christmas with my friends.
Thank you.
The song of today:
A Drop In The Ocean by Ron Pope
I listened a lot to this song all week. Not really in line with the happy spirit in the rest of this post. That doesn't mean that this side of the feelings-spectrum isn't true either. It's just now I don't want to think about it. I've really liked this song since the first time I heard it last week.

state of the blog
Once again I've reached that point with this blog where I don't have anything to write about, hence no content here... I'm sorry but I get to vent most of the stuff on other places, FB and my other blog and my poems and textmessages to friends and so on. Well.. nowhere else I get to talk about music I like though.. so here's a new tip!
The song of today:
Åkrar och Himmel by Björns Vänner
A real great song by this band that one of my new classmates told me about. I love the song so much! It's like a long long storytelling session by a mildly whimsy person : ).

Thanks for two great days
Hmm.. A great, fantastical weekend! But the end (the sunday, today) of it was so bland and boring. Oh well... friday and saturday was wonderful at least.

Mornin'
I almost forgot that this is kind of my everyday-stuff blog (even though I liked my last post from yesterday too) too so here:
I've been working on school-things this morning, I felt a little crushed and burdened by all the small things that went wrong yesterday, from beginning to the end but now I think I'm positive again.
The song of today:
Fast car by Tracy Chapman
I got a suggestion from an old classmate last night that I should listen to this song. And I'd like to thank her for the suggestion, I've had it on repeat since then : ).

The song of today - Be Mine! by Robyn
It's a good thing tears never show in the pouring rain
As if a good thing ever could make up for all the pain
There'll be no last chance to promise to never mess it up again
Just a sweet pain of watching your back as you walk
As I'm watching you walk away
And now you're gone it's like an echo in my head
And I remember every word you said
It's a cold thing you never know all the ways I tried
It's a hard thing faking a smile when I feel like I'm falling apart inside
And now you're gone it's like an echo in my head
And I remember every word you said
But you never were, and you never will be mine
No, you never were, and you never will be mine
For the first time, there is no mercy in your eyes
And the cold wind's hitting my face and you're gone
And you're walking away
And I am helpless, sometimes wishing's just no good
Cause you don't see me like I wish you would
Cause you never were, and you never will be mine
No, you never were, and you never will be mine
There's a moment to seize everytime that we meet
But you always keep passing me by
But you never were, and you never will be mine
(I saw you at the station, you had your arm around what's-her-name
She had on that scarf I gave you
you got down to tie her laces)
Cause you never were, and you never will be mine
(You looked happy and that's great)
No, you never were, and you never will be mine
(I just miss you, that's all)
Cause you never were, and you never will be mine
No, you never were, and you never will be mine
There's a moment to seize everytime that we meet
But you always keep passing me by
No, you never were, and you never will be mine
Cause you never were, and you never will be mine

This post will waste some of your time if you read it.
Ah, finally something I'd rather write here than on my other blog.. the sad news is that I just want to say that I'm studying aaaaand I do have some trouble keeping my focus right now. That's not good. Well, I have no idea how tomorrow is going to end up. Maybe a disaster, maybe a success. But who cares?
Warning, in this section right here below I'm just rambling, read at your own "risk" (of headache due to lots of nonsense thrown together to look like something comprehensible)
Also I've been going around thinking this thought; different people have different opinions on what's important in life. Me I'm probably mostly a "here and now" and "emotions" kind of person. By that I think I focus mostly on emotions of individuals. How governments should be run, wages and all that has to do with work in general, dreams of stardom or achieving something of great materialistic value and so on are all secondary concerns to me, they affect my area and therefore I still care about them.. indirectly. For all I care work, countries and all kinds of structures could all just be gone and I wouldn't care, maybe I'd even be happy about it. Yes, I hate all the wrongs in the world, I don't understand why people are treated differently, no matter what reason (be it sex, skin-color, sexual preference or anything else), it isn't acceptable and not understandable. But fighting it on a global scale is always secondary to me, I really hope that no harm should come to people around me and I don't wish any worse fate to people elsewhere either. I guess you could say that widespread wrongs of this world always affects the individuals and that's why I think it's a huge problem, but it is on the individual level I hate it, problem is that higher ideals are always going to affect people on an individual level. Still there is a difference I think. But I can't seem to work this out into something reasonably understandable so I'll just leave it at that and hope that some of you at least understand it a little!
The song of today:
Tralala Lilla Molntuss, Kom Hit Ska Du Få En Puss by Bob Hund
Well as much as I often like to listen to songs that has lyrics with alot of meaningful lyrics, I also enjoy songs like this sometimes, just vibrating of energy.
Bye!

A bit of complaining and a song that needs no motivation(?)
To be honest with you, today I got really low for a while, this when I've been unusually happy without reason for at least several days. I got reminded of a problem that has gotten me down a lot "latetly": I don't really feel I can talk to anybody.. (in a way talking isn't enough either).. I've got problems, like everybody else.. but I feel that I can't discuss my problems with anyone, I've talked to people I've known over the internet for a lot of years.. but they're too distant to be a comfort in these very real problems, they don't know all the details and only hear about it from me. And the ones that do know some other aspects of the problem or at least has seen it first-hand, people I know from around here, either knows stuff but can't talk about it because well I'm not the only one who is spreading my secrets that I want limited to only some people or they are involved in the problem in such a way that I can't really tell them too much. The support from distant friends isn't enough and the support from more present friends doesn't feel all that.. present... Well, I'll stop complaining now... I think I'm more used to help out others, I'm better at that, my life often comes in second, third, fourth or fifth place in importance to me.. Bah, I don't know, I try to keep stuff like this off of this blog actually, I hope you can forgive me for letting some of it slip through here : )
The song of today:
Blått Öga, Svarta Tankar by Parken
I actually like to listen to the whole album "Länge Leve Parken" so picking this song out of the bunch is really just random, I felt like it right now, even though "Jag Har Varit Vilsen, Lisa" is usually my favorite song by them and even though the pacing and beat in "Vad Ska Vi Göra Med Henry?" is fantastic, even though the phrase "Åh, hjärtat slår, det slår skiten ur mig" (it roughly means "The(/My) heart beats, it beats the shit out of me") is brilliant in "Låt Mig Få Följa Dig Ner", even though "Hur Känns Det Nu", "Vi Som Visste" and "Dagar I Arkadien" all have a really nice vibe to them, even though "Åt Helvete Med Himlen" is probably one of the most popular (and that is not undeserved praise either) songs of this album and finally even though "Ser Du Stjärnan I Det Grå" is a good newer single. I picked this song because it is just as good as all of the songs I mentioned, not better but as good, I felt the song was very striking just at the moment for me.
Bye.
